In 1984 the organisation preceding NTS electronic and components GmbH has been established. The focus of the activities was the distribution of RF power components. It included the distribution rights for coaxial relays of Toyo Tsusho Co. Ltd, Japan which we distribute to resellers and manufacturers. End consumer sales are handled by qualified retailers.

The continuous growth of the business contacts with sources in South East Asia resulted in an expansion of the activities concentrating on IT-related products, mainly Personal Computers.

Since 2007 the company adjusted its activities to take more benefit from business contacts in Asia which resulted in the foundation of NTS electronic and components GmbH on Jan. 1^st, 2008. The focus of activities is now the sourcing of mechanical and electromechanical parts mainly from China for small and medium sized companies in Europe. An own office in Shanghai supports these activities. To a large extent the products are specifically sourced as per the requirements of the customers.

For customers of NTS electronic and components GmbH this adjustment brings access for them to Chinese producers, which do not have the ability or intension to access the markets in Europe. As those manufacturers are predominantly smaller in size without international contacts, customers in Europe can get in touch with such competitive sources which may otherwise hardly be accessible directly from Europe. The experts of NTS electronic and components GmbH on site in China locate adequate manufacturers and secure the quality interest of the customers. As the European customers have their contractual relationship with the German entity the usual risks of import, e.g. sourcing of qualified manufacturers, financing, quality problems, warranty, a.s.o., do not apply.
